1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ace670 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ace670.pro.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any awarded bonus funds where applicable.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ace670, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of ace670 or any of its associated entities.

ace670 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of any right to subsequently verify eligibility or close an account found to be in breach of these criteria.

3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace670 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ace670 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other support channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace670 immediately via the support contact provided on the Platform. ace670 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received and acted upon.

All activity conducted through your account while your credentials remain uncompromised is deemed to have been authorised by you. ace670 bears no responsibility for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ace670 processes all financial transactions via approved Bangladeshi payment channels. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select card networks including Visa and Mastercard where available. • All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

ace670 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their published fee schedules, for which ace670 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ace670 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ace670 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed fraudulently.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within your account balance. Wagering requirements must be met on bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are subject to the same general bonus terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace670 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino, or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies in the sportsbook. Any winnings derived from known errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, including a minor, or allowing another person to operate your registered account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the ace670 platform, its software, or its intellectual property.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial service provider without first exhausting the ace670 dispute resolution process.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace670 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data feeds, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ace670 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of ace670 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace670 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any errors in software or data feeds.

ace670 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. ace670 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where possible.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ace670 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your ace670 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ace670 will process any remaining real-money balance via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied and no pending wagering requirements or investigation being active on the account.

ace670 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or prohibited activity has occurred, or that continuing to operate the account presents a risk to the Platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, ace670 may forfeit the account balance without obligation to return funds.

Accounts that have been self-excluded via the responsible gaming tools will be closed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will not be processed.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

ace670 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 11 Amendments to These Terms
